Providing life for people (two besides yourself) can be just plain tiring, so we end up reaching for the quick sugar fix. Since weaning Molly over the last couple of weeks I have noticed quite a bit of energy returning to my life--the fog is lifting! So just hang in there for a couple more months and you'll feel much better. In the mean time just replace any guilty feelings of eating sugar, with positive affirmations of taking such good care of your kiddos! :)Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01391235939041404047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3884430652660905329.post-14509362934431485202011-03-16T14:20:21.546-07:002011-03-16T14:20:21.546-07:00Oh, sugar. I am not even trying to do anything about it currently, but in the past when I was doing a healthy habits challenge, I did a pretty good job at kicking the habit. I had to drop all sugar cold turkey though. Even a nibble of a graham cracker would make my cravings unbearable! It was hard at first. But, after a few weeks, I noticed I had more energy and just felt better overall. I gave myself a "day off" at a holiday and the next day I felt like I got hit by a train! That was my proof that sugar really is not that good for us. My goal is to get out of the sugar rut once again after I have this baby!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18183894099098982911noreply@blogger.com
